When selecting hoses and hose assemblies, the following aspects should be considered:

1. Working environment: ambient temperature, climate conditions, and external contact with other materials;

2. Transport medium: liquid, gas, solid, or a mixture of the above media;

3. Conveying methods: pressurized conveying and vacuum suction;

4. Operating conditions: pressure and temperature of the conveyed material; operating frequency; pulse or motion;

5. Assembly: Degree of bending; system vibration; risk of damage due to impact and friction; use of correct connection types.

Hose assemblies have a limited lifespan, and factors that reduce this lifespan include:

1. Bend the hose assembly to a radius smaller than the minimum bending radius;

2. Twisted, stretched, knotted, crushed, or abraded hoses;

3. Use above the maximum temperature or below the minimum temperature;

4. The hose is used under pulse pressure exceeding the maximum working pressure (pulse pressure refers to the rapid and instantaneous rise in pressure).

5. The pipe fittings are of substandard quality and the crimping quality is poor.

Requirements for the use of hoses:

1. The pressure (including pulse force) injected into the hose must not exceed the specified maximum working pressure;

2. Hoses must not be used outside the specified or recommended temperature range (including the temperature of the material being conveyed and the ambient temperature).

3. The hose must not be used with a bending radius smaller than that specified or recommended by the hose manufacturer, otherwise it will restrict the passage of the conveyed material and reduce its service life; bending or twisting near the hose joint should be avoided, as bending at these points will cause fatigue damage to the hose's reinforcing layer, thus causing premature hose failure;

4. The hose must not be used while twisted;

5. The edges of pipe fittings should be smooth, and the dimensions of accessories such as cores and outer sleeves must be guaranteed. Controlling the crimping quality is crucial; insufficient or excessive crimping will cause premature damage to the assembly.

6. The hose has a limited service life; please check and replace it regularly.
