 There are several major Services that Chappell Supply provides which help distinguish them from the competition, and more importantly, construct a strong basis in order for Chappell to provide outstanding customer service.

 




Our Service Department, headed up by Manager Kirt Rumbaugh, has recently been revamped. They are trained and prepared for all of your Pressure Washer repair needs.


 
Here are some of the many things our Service Department offers:

Preventing unnecessary repair costs and maintenance is one key way to save money and protect your investment and maintain equipment.

You can accomplish this through:

Preventative Maintenance 

   Monthly or Quarterly 12 Point Inspection Including:

             » Check belts for tension & wear
           
» Check fuel tanks for rust etc.
           
» Check pressure & temperature
           
» Check coil for soot and lime build-up
           
» Check pump oil & add if needed
           
» Check nozzles for wear and/or damage
           
» Check hoses for breaks and/or leaks
           
» Check couplers & o-rings for wear or damage
           
» Check burner for proper air & fuel operations
           
» Check regulator for proper operation & spike pressure
           
» Check motor oil - change quarterly
           
» Check & see if customer is satisfied

Any other problems with equipment will be

brought to the customers attention at the time.
